Guilt-free High protein Pancakes

Trying to lose weight? Have you given up the thought of a warm fluffy moist pancake for your breakfast? Well, now you don’t have to. After many trials, I have come up with the perfect combo of ingredients that give you that delish stack of yummy pancakes that you can have absolutely guilt free.

Over the years, over umpteen attempts to get this right, I have finally found the breakthrough recipe that works a treat.. Quite literally!

Guilt- free Protein Pancake

So how do you make fluffy moist pancakes with no sugar, no butter or no milk. I did not even use regular flour, not did I use oatmeal or almond flour. In fact, I had only 3 ingredients in my pantry this morning and now I feel it was a blessing in disguise, or else I’d have never experimented.

You may ask, ‘But Shom, wont protein powder make these pancakes dry and powdery? What about the taste of the protein powder? Doesn’t it ruin the taste of these pancakes?’ And I’d proudly reply- ‘No’ it wont. Here’s what you need to use to make these delish delicacy.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Whip all the ingredients together
  2. Spread the batter on a non-stick fry pan. You can use some cooking oil spray.
  3. Turn it over when its light brown
  4. Serve with 2 tbsp of Greek Yoghurt, 1 tsp of Strawberry conserve and half a bowl of blueberries on the side.

If you want to add more calories to this meal, you can spread 1 tsp peanut butter or almond butter on the pancakes.

Here’s your yummy Sunday breakfast with zero sugar, zero butter, zero flour or milk. Pure health on a plate.
