I recently completed a Certificate course on Rapid Fat Burning with Dr. Berg. The course taught me how to choose my carbs, fats and proteins to burn fat rapidly. If you want to lose weight healthily, you need to learn which foods cause fat loss and which ones cause inflammation.

To assist with rapid fat loss, you should avoid starchy vegetables. You should also aim to have 7-10 cups of vegetables every day and this should not be counted in your macro, means you can have these vegetables unlimited.
Examples of these vegetables are: All greens (lettuce, spinach, kale, bak choy etc.), capsicum, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, cucumber, cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts.

I believe the key to healthy weight loss is in finding the right balance, being consistent and eating in moderation. It’s never a good idea to follow an extreme diet that eliminates certain foods completely from your diet. In the long run, this can cause complications. Always remember that wholesome foods directly sourced from nature will never do harm. I always tell my clients- Eat all the good foods you grew up eating. Culturally being a Bengali, rice goes down much better for me than rotis (indian flatbread made of wholemeal flour). But someone from the northern or western India might have the opposite effect.
In the course of my weight loss journey, I got to learn so much about what to eat, when to eat certain foods, when to avoid certain foods that can cause inflammation if consumed at the ‘wrong’ time that I now share my knowledge and research with my weight loss groups of women.
Stay tuned for more such interesting topics that helped me to stay on course on my weight loss journey. Leave me a comment below if you would like to join my weight loss group where you receive tons of useful information and tips to lose weight naturally.
Stay lean and fit.
Lots of Love,
Shom
